In his high school years, Aris was awarded the first Commonwealth Scholarship by the Queen of England for outstanding academic achievement.
He went on to graduate from The London School of Economics. He completed his articles with a London Big-4 firm when he attained membership to The Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales.
After 7 years, he left the UK to move to Greece where, after a year of service at The Bank of Cyprus as Head of Regulatory Compliance, he moved on to PricewaterhouseCoopers where he served as a Senior Manager at the Corporate Finance Dept and for 2 years he dealt with the tax and advisory aspects of regional cross-border transactions, heading a team of 20 professionals.
In 1998 he set up the Focus Business Services Network starting with offices in Cyprus and in 2010 he set up the Network’s Malta operations.
In 2013 he took up residence in the UAE to set up and head the Network’s UAE offices located in Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah (RAK).
Aris was a professional with many years’ experience. He was recognized as one of the leading experts in international tax, wealth management, asset protection and all matters relating to the structuring and operation of international holding, finance, royalty, investment and trading structures via European, UAE and other entities in various jurisdictions.
