Investor Management Department

ZonesCorp’s Investor Management Department was established for the provision of industrial land and the issuing of licenses. The Investor Management Department has transformed the once complicated procedure of the acquisition of a license to a single, swift procedure which investors find very attractive.

Licensing Process

In order to obtain a license, the client needs to complete the online application form (Click here to access ZonesCorp’s online application) or visit ZonesCorp’s offices.

ZonesCorp will:

• Forward the application to the relevant department
• Reserve the land (subject to availability) and prepare the lease contract
• Obtain approval from the Environmental Department
• Arrange for a construction permit and issue a preliminary approval
• Issue the permanent industrial license

The whole process of the issuing of an industrial license takes 20-30 days.

Foreign Labour Services (FLS)

ZonesCorp’s Foreign Labour Services processes and issues labour visas and work permits within 24 hours. Its one-stop shop services connect the Ministry of Labour, Immigration Department, Department of Nationalization and Residency, Ministry of Health and the Personal Identification Department.
