KIZAD Free Zone Company Types
Limited Liability Company	A limited liability company, with a minimum paid up capital of AED 150,000. This type of company can be owned by an individual or a company or a combination of an individual and a company.
Branch Company	A branch company with a valid registration and license outside Khalifa Port FTZ can apply for the setup of a branch company. The branch company can be either incorporated as a branch of a UAE Company or a branch of a foreign company.
